Pinewood Forest has released updated renderings of a rooftop restaurant and bar under construction at the 235-acre Fayetteville mixed-use development.

The eatery will sit atop Two-Ten, an almost 53,000-square-foot building that will include creative, collaborative office and retail space.

Pinewood has a number of developments underway, including a nine-screen movie theater, tiny houses and trails. Pinewood is the brainchild of Chick-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy, the development's president Rob Parker, project partners Pace Lynch Corporation and several others.

Two-Ten will include street-level restaurant and retail space, three levels of creative loft and medical office space, as well as the rooftop restaurant and bar.
