The Pine Lake policeman accused of groping a woman in his custody turned himself in to authorities.

Officer William Anthony Davis was indicted by a DeKalb County grand jury Thursday on three counts stemming from his alleged contact with a woman: false imprisonment, sexual assault and violation of his oath of office.

Davis was being held on a $25,000 bond, the DeKalb Sheriff's Office said Friday.
