Piedmont Healthcare, a private, not-for-profit organization with nearly 660 locations serving 2 million patients across Georgia, recently announced that it has been Great Place to Work-Certified. Piedmont received this certification in its first year of participating in the program, according to a press release.
Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue and increased innovation. Only a small percentage of companies that take the company-wide Trust Index survey receive certification.
“Because this certification is driven by what our employees believe, it shines favorably on our workplace culture, employee experience and reputation, and is a significant step towards achieving our goal of becoming an employer of choice for a top-tier and diverse workforce,” Piedmont Healthcare CEO Kevin Brown said. “We are thrilled to be Great Place to Work-Certified.”
