Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue and increased innovation. Only a small percentage of companies that take the company-wide Trust Index survey receive certification.
“Because this certification is driven by what our employees believe, it shines favorably on our workplace culture, employee experience and reputation, and is a significant step towards achieving our goal of becoming an employer of choice for a top-tier and diverse workforce,” Piedmont Healthcare CEO Kevin Brown said. “We are thrilled to be Great Place to Work-Certified.”
