Moving trucks and movers were seen in front of the property. The 109-room mansion, which sits on 235 acres near Fairburn, was sold to JP Morgan Chase for $7.5 million in a foreclosure auction in March.

Private Security guards monitored traffic through ornate gates Tuesday. Former heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield was moving out.

JP Morgan Chase spokesman Greg Hassell confirmed that Holyfield was in the process of moving out.

Visitors from Philadelphia stopped to take pictures and look at the mansion. Holyfield reportedly owes more than $14 million on the house, including federal taxes.

In a 2009 interview with the AJC, Holyfield said the mansion cost more than $1 million annually to maintain. Holyfield also owes some $500,000 in child support payments, according to an article last year in Atlanta Magazine.
