If living a thousand feet away from the Chattahoochee River sounds like a $2.8-million idea to you, then you’re on the right webpage.

The 9,197-square-foot Vinings mansion at 3920 Paces Manor is selling for $2,795,000, according to Realtor Denise Jacob.

The home, with its five full and two half bathrooms, sits on 3.3 acres in the Old Vinings Place neighborhood.

Once you walk past the columns in front of the five-bedroom brick home, there’s a curved staircase connecting the two-story foyer.

If it’s chilly outside, any of the four fireplaces might be a good place to enjoy a bottle of wine. The problem might be choosing if you’ve filled up the 500-bottle cellar.
