Photography workshop at Marietta library

Local photographer Steve Roy will present a basic digital photography class for amateur photographers June 25 at the Mountain View Library in Marietta.

Participants will learn about Picasa, a free Google editing software, along with information on how to share photos and create digital prints. The class will also cover backing up digital photographs.

The free class begins at 2 p.m. at the library, 3320 Sandy Plains Rd. in Marietta.
