Pergola, home addition requests on Hapeville design committee agenda
The Hapeville Design Review Committee will meet June 21.
The city of Hapeville’s Design Review Committee will consider a request for plans for a 700 square foot addition to an existing 875 square foot single family home on Mt. Zion Road at its meeting 6 p.m. June 21 at Hapeville City Hall.
The committee will also review applications requesting approval of:
- installation of a 144-square foot pergola between the house and the garage of a single family home on Oakdale Road;
- plans to modify the entry of a single family home on Old Jonesboro Road;
- plans to renovate and add 313 square feet to an existing 984 square foot single family dwelling on Woodrow Avenue;
- plans for a 1,635-square foot addition and changes to the elevation of an existing 1,280-square foot single-family home on Grove Circle.
