Peachtree Corners will host a drop-in open house to discuss the Innovation District Trails Study 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 1 in City Hall’s Council Chambers, 147 Technology Parkway.

The study is intended to produce the design for, and identify the specific placement of, a multi-use trail that links existing residential areas to job centers within the Central Business District as identified by Peachtree Corners’ Downtown Livable Center Initiative Plan. The trails will primarily serve as an alternate transportation corridor, as well as add to the city’s trail network and provide an effective community recreational amenity.

The open house is an opportunity for citizens to share their opinions on where the trails should be added and what they should include. The meeting will have an open discussion format without a specific agenda.
