Peachtree Corners Mayor Mike Mason has been invited to join Partnership Gwinnett’s steering committee, the economic development arm of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. Named Partnership Gwinnett Implementation Committee, the group is comprised of leaders from within the greater Gwinnett community who are responsible for oversight of the organization’s strategic implementation to ensure Partnership Gwinnett’s goals are achieved.

Partnership Gwinnett, the county’s first public-private effort dedicated to economic development, was established nine years ago and works in concert with the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. Their efforts include: comprehensive economic development; developing world-class talent through partnering with public schools and expanding postsecondary institutions; and through community and leadership development.
