The Peachtree Corners City Council awarded a contract Tuesday for landscaping along Peachtree Industrial Boulevard at the Peachtree Parkway split to Russell Landscape, the lowest of four bidders. The $90,107 contract will enhance the area leading up to and around the Peachtree Corners gateway sign.
In addition to landscape materials, the proposal includes lighting, a performance bond and one-year maintenance bond in accordance with a design by Pond + Company and previously approved by the city council. Landscaping work should begin in March.
