The Peachtree Corners City Council voted Monday to enter into a consultant services agreement with Keck & Wood for sidewalk projects on Technology Parkway South, Peachtree Corners Circle, Frank Neely Road and The Corners Parkway. Peachtree Corners received Georgia Department of Transportaion Local Management and Improvement Grant funding for these 2017 calendar year sidewalk projects.

The LMIG funding provides $316,692 and requires a city match of $95,008 for a total project funding of $411,700.

Keck & Wood was the lowest of four bidders to provide survey, engineering and construction management services for this project. Once this planning phase is complete, city staff will return to the council with a construction contract for approval. These sidewalk projects will most likely be under construction by fall.
