Peachtree Corners Circle and Eastman Trail gaining pedestrian crossing

The Peachtree Corners City Council recently approved a contract with the lowest of two bidders for construction of pedestrian crossing improvements on Peachtree Corners Circle at Eastman Trail. Excellere Construction LLC has previously successfully worked for the city on the construction of pedestrian improvements along Winters Chapel Road.
The contract for $130,400 includes installation of a mid-block crossing, pedestrian refuge island and rectangular rapid flashing beacon assembly on Peachtree Corners Circle.
