Paulding County man arrested on child porn charges

Feb 1, 2011A Paulding County man was arrested Monday after authorities found alleged child pornography on his computer.
Paulding sheriff's Cpl. Brandon Gurley said that a Jan. 4 search of Allan John Chase's home in Dallas led to the discovery and arrest.
"Detectives have located several videos of known or suspected child pornography involving children believed to range in age between 5 and 15 years old ... ," Gurley said. "Evidence is still being processed and detectives expect to discover even more images."
Chase, 53, was charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, and was being held without bond in the Paulding County Detention Center, Gurley said.
