A Delta flight arriving Friday morning from Minneapolis was met by law enforcement after passengers found "an unusual note."

Delta officials wouldn't reveal what the note said, but, according to the Atlanta Police dispatch log, a customer feedback card was found in a seat pocket on Flight 1747 stating, "This plane will go down."

"Out of an abundance of caution, the crew of Flight 1747 declared an emergency" about 40 minutes outside of Atlanta, said Delta spokeswoman Susan Elliott. "The flight landed without incident."

The passengers who discovered the note were interviewed before they continued to their final destination, Transportation Security Administration spokesman Jon Allen said. "The flight was swept by a canine team with negative findings."

Elliott would not confirm whether the threat was made by someone aboard Flight 1747.

The FBI is on the scene and will run the investigation, Elliott said.
