Partnership Gwinnett names Brownlow economic development director

Partnership Gwinnett has named Kellie Brownlow its director of economic development.

Brownlow will manage the business development team at Gwinnett’s economic development organization beginning Nov. 28. She previously worked at the Atlanta Regional Commission, the City of Elberton and the Carl Vinson Institute of Government in Athens.

Brownlow has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Rhode Island College and master’s degree in public administration from the University of Georgia.
