A stretch of Johnson Ferry Road will close Tuesday for a couple of hours just after the morning rush.

The south bound right lane will be closed from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., according to a note from Bob Ott, the Cobb County commissioner of the district where the roadwork will be.

Crews will be at Sewell Mill and Johnson Ferry roads removing construction debris.

The lane will be closed for about 300 feet.

According to the county's traffic map, there will be various daytime closures during the week at that intersection between February and next January. No additional details were given.
