Organizers seek input on Fayette-Fairburn corridor study

Commuters and residents who travel the Ga. Hwy. 74 corridor between Peachtree City and Fairburn can weigh in on how to improve the area using an online survey.

Fayette County’s Public Works Department is asking for input from those who live, work or attend school along that route, including suggestions for enhancing the corridor. It also asks about transportation habits and what kinds of transportation improvements would be most beneficial.

Fayette and Fulton counties, along with the cities of Tyrone, Fairburn and Peachtree City, are working together on a comprehensive plan scheduled to have definitive recommendations by spring 2018.
