Open enrollment begins next Monday and ends Oct. 3 for DeKalb County students who need tutoring or other academic help outside of the regular school day. The goal of the program is to increase academic achievement of students in low performing schools. Enrollment for the Supplemental Educational Services runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 12 through Oct. 3., at the district headquarters at 1701  Mountain Industrial Blvd., Stone Mountain.
