This fall’s campaign season for three Woodstock City Council seats is likely to be a quiet one: Only the incumbents qualified to run in the Nov. 5 election.

The qualifying period for the municipal general election ended at 5 p.m. Wednesday, and the candidates who qualified were David Potts, council member, Ward 2 (incumbent); Tracy Collins, council member, Ward 4 (incumbent), and Rob Usher, council member, Ward 6 (incumbent), according to City Clerk Rhonda Pezzello.

Candidates run by ward but are elected at-large by majority vote in Woodstock. Obviously, no run-offs are anticipated.
