Brightree LLC, a cloud-based software company currently headquartered in Lawrenceville, is relocating to 60,500 square feet of office space in the former Honeywell building at 125 Technology Parkway in Peachtree Corners. Another 55,000-square-foot section will be torn down and reconfigured for additional parking.

The developer, Parkside Partners, is planning major renovations to the three-story structure that will be Brightree’s new headquarters. Constructed in the early 1970s, the structure will be converted into loft offices and include an outdoor amenity space.

“The plans to redevelop the old Honeywell property fits in well with the city’s vision to transform the technology campus into a center for innovation,” said Mayor Mike Mason. “The redevelopment of this property is another example that the city’s investment in Technology Park is paying off as we continue to see property vacant for years being purchased and redeveloped.

“The Bureau” will consist of a two-phase, 100,000 square foot adaptive re-use of a former office and warehouse building. Brightree will occupy the first phase of the project. Parkside will demolish 60,000 square feet of existing structure and develop an additional 40,000 square feet of office space for other tenants.
