Oklahoma City schools administrator to manage personnel in Cobb

Cobb County Schools has a new chief of its personnel operation.

The school board voted last week to hire Michael T. Shanahan as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Shanahan, who works for the Oklahoma City Public Schools, replaces Donald Dunnigan, who stepped down in October.
