Atlanta police investigate a report of a person in distress at a home near Charles L.Harper Memorial Park and near the Ashby MARTA station in Atlanta.

Atlanta police investigate a report of a person in distress at a home near Charles L.Harper Memorial Park and near the Ashby MARTA station in Atlanta.

Police inspect the scene where a nude female was found unresponsive. The woman was taken by emergency crews to Grady Memorial Hospital, where she was pronounced dead on arrival.

Police said a nearby property owner in the area had passed in between the houses when the discovery of the individual was made.

The victim was found between a vacant and an occupied home on Mayson Turner Road.

Police search the area for clues, finding some items in the park across from the where the victim was reported.
