Northbound traffic jams Downtown Connector

A stalled vehicle and construction work have joined forces to turn the Downtown Connector into a parking lot. The stall is expected to be cleared shortly after 3 p.m., but traffic is backed up from Midtown to Turner Field.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
