All lanes of northbound Ga. 400 in the top-end Perimeter area will be closed an hour at a time in the coming nights so crews can set bridge beams for the new interchange at I-285, the Georgia Department of Transportation announced.

Weather permitting, the closure of Ga. 400 — from the Glenridge Connector to Hammond Drive in the Sandy Springs-Dunwoody area — is scheduled for midnight to 1 a.m. beginning Wednesday and continuing through Sunday.

Northbound traffic will be re-routed onto the collector-distributor lanes just before the Glenridge Connector and then onto eastbound I-285. Motorists are directed to exit to Ashford Dunwoody Road, turn left at the top of the ramp, take another left onto westbound I-285, and follow I-285 to the ramp to northbound Ga. 400.

The ramp from eastbound I-285 to northbound Ga. 400 also will be closed. Information: https://bit.ly/2X58fQ4
