The North Cobb Senior Center will receive renovation and an addition.
Albion Scaccia General Contractors has been selected by the Cobb County Board of Commissioners to provide design build construction services for $513,089.
However, this fee does not include construction services for the center at 4100 Old Highway 293 in Acworth - only ASGC’s fee, general conditions and design.
For the construction, ASGC will use subcontractors with the county paying ASGC for those construction costs.
Once ASGC determines the Guaranteed Maximum Price, it will be submitted to the commissioners for approval so that construction can begin.
