Norcross will have three spots open for election this fall. The mayor and two council seats will be decided at the polls on Nov. 3. Leading up to the general election, Norcross will hold a qualifying period for these positions between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Aug. 31 through Sept. 4.

Incumbent councilmembers Craig Newton and Charlie Riehm currently hold the two council seats, and Bucky Johnson presently holds the title of mayor. Interested citizens should contact City Clerk Monique Lang at 678-421-2035 or mlang@norcrossga.net. Qualification fees are $310.50 for the mayor’s seat and $243 for the councilmember’s seat.
