The Norcross Construction Board of Appeals is seeking members. Each of the three board members serves a four-year term. Section 103 of the International Building Code allows the city to establish a Construction Board of Appeals. The Construction Board of Appeals can overturn any decision, order, or interpretation of the building official as it relates to the International Building Code (and associated codes adopted by Norcross).
