Norcross is forming a nine-member Complete Count Committee to help ensure all residents living in the Norcross area are counted in the United States 2020 Census. The census is conducted nationwide every 10 years, with the results helping to determine each local governments’ eligibility for federal and state grants, as well as SPLOST funding allocations.

The Norcross City Council wants to make certain every city resident is counted in the 2020 census next year. The nine-member committee will consist of community volunteers selected by the mayor and council who will help achieve an accurate count by raising awareness of the 2020 U.S. Census and working with local leaders to make sure the survey is carried out accurately.
