In an effort to reach the city’s sustainability goals, the Norcross Department of Community Development is implementing a new online ePlan Solution for plan review and permitting needs. The program will reduce paperwork and vehicle trips to and from City Hall.

The new electronic system allows a developer or citizen to upload plans for review to ePlan Solution as well as receive comments and feedback from staff (and even plan approval). The services will be accessible to anyone that will require a permit to perform work in the city, including developers, engineers, architects, contractor and citizens who may act as their own contractor.

While the program has already launched via a ‘soft opening’, it will officially roll out on June 1st when the city will begin to accept plats, development plans and site plans via the Norcross ePS platform: eplansolution.com/norcrossga.
