The Norcross Police Department is asking residents to take a ‘Citizen Satisfaction Survey’ to help the department better serve the community and keep Norcross safe. The brief survey, available in English and Spanish, requires your street address, age and ethnicity.

Survey questions ask for a ranking of how safe you feel at your residence, if there is a crime problem in your neighborhood, and how effective you feel the Norcross Police is at reducing crime. Additional questions rate the overall agency performance, and competence of department employees.

One of the more interesting questions asks for your perception of officers’ attitudes and behavior. The survey concludes with an opportunity to add comments.
