Norcross opens bidding for new parking deck

Norcross is proposing the construction of a 350-car parking deck in downtown on property bordered by Lawrenceville Street, Mitchell Road and the existing Community Center.

The Community Center Parking Deck is part of the city’s Redevelopment Initiative and will provide additional parking for downtown events. Bids are being accepting now through 11 a.m. March 2. The selected firm or team will provide surveys, planning, design, and construction services.
