Norcross to consider annexation for QuikTrip on Beaver Ruin

The Norcross City Council reviewed a request at a special called meeting recently by Indian Trail Retail Associates LP for annexation of 1.91 acres at 2040 Beaver Ruin Road at the intersection with Indian Trail Road.
The request includes site plans, elevations and renderings for the construction of a new QuikTrip concept store. The City Council has tabled the request for input from the Planning and Zoning meeting.
The request for zoning approval for a QuikTrip at this location has been working its way through the county process, most recently tabled until June 28.
