Norcross will hold a general municipal election on Nov. 7 to fill the expired term of the mayor, currently held by Bucky Johnson, and two council member seats, held by Craig Newton and Pierre Levy.

Anyone interested in running for these open positions may submit qualifying forms beginning 8:30 a.m. Aug. 21, until 4:30 p.m. Aug. 25 in the city clerk’s office at City Hall, 65 Lawrenceville St. Individuals intending to qualify will also need to submit a qualifying fee of $310.50 for mayor and $243 for council member.
