Henry “Hank” Huckaby, the University System of Georgia’s new chancellor, will visit Southern Polytechnic State University for the first time on Thursday.
Huckaby, a former state legislator, was selected in May by the Board of Regents as the system’s 12th chancellor.
His visit to SPSU will include a meeting with faculty and staff followed by a question-and-answer session at 4 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom.
