The Clayton County Board of Health, in conjunction with the Clayton County Board of Commissioners, announced the opening of its new administration and health service facility, according to a press release. Located at 1 Crown Center, 1895 Phoenix Blvd, Suite 400, College Park, are administrative offices of the Clayton County Board of Health,

the Office of Environmental Health Services and the Office of Emergency Preparedness and Response.

The Forest Park Annex, located at 685 Forest Park Pkwy, Forest Park, houses all clinical services including Hearing, Vision, Dental and Nutrition and limited Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) services for current program participants, such as voucher distribution, 30-day updates, food package changes, and high-risk follow-up.

New WIC program applications are temporarily not accepted at the Phoenix Blvd location. Applications may be completed and submitted online by accessing the Georgia Department of Public Health website, https://gaprereg.statewic.net/ .

Families may also visit metro-Atlanta health departments for service.
