New master plans for Decatur and Doraville, according to a news release from Tunnell-Spangler-Walsh & Associates, based in Midtown. The Decatur plan is the city’s second 10-year plan and Doraville’s plan looks at the redevelopment of the 165-acre General Motors plant. Both cities approved the plans unanimously, according to the release.
