A new set of office towers may be on the horizon in Alpharetta. Proposed project information for two 12-story office towers in Sanctuary Park, has been posted on the state’s Developments of Regional Impact Web site.

The total square footage proposed for the two buildings, suggested for the corner of Westside and Sanctuary parkways, is 620,000 square-feet on about 14 acres. Sanctuary Park Realty Holding Co. is proposing the project, according to a filing on the state Web site.

Repeated calls to Clint Howell, of Jones Lang LaSalle, who is listed as the project developer, were not returned.
