Gypsy Rose Music, an “eclectic music hall” offering curated, original, live music and private events has been announced by the Roswell Inc economic development entity for the Roswell historic district.

The new venue at 964 Alpharetta St., a building formerly occupied by Classy Clutter antiques, hopes to open by year’s end, a Roswell Inc spokeswoman said.

“As a community-loving resident and passionate music lover, I began to crave somewhere where these two things collide,” said Gypsy Rose founder Brittany Crooms, who moved to Roswell nearly a year ago. “The more I talked to people, the more others seemed to want somewhere devoted to original live music with a vision similar to mine.”

Gypsy Rose plans to be open to the public Wednesday through Sunday. It will host food trucks and serve local and craft beers and cocktails to patrons. In addition to music, the venue will offer live band karaoke and themed parties. Information: www.gypsyrosemusic.com
