New Latin Academy charter to lease old elementary school

The Atlanta school board agreed to let Latin Academy Charter enter a lease/purchase agreement for Anderson Park Elementary on Tiger Flowers Dr., NW. In March, the school was approved to lease Wright Elementary, but Wright needs extensive renovations. The lease will be for five years with renewal options, and Latin will have the option to buy the school. Info: www.atlanta.k12.ga.us
