Cobb County unveiled the latest innovation in vehicle tag renewals Wednesday at the South Cobb Government Service Center, 4700 Austell Road, Austell to make these renewals faster and easier.
This new option for annual tag renewal immediately dispenses tag decals and can renew up to 10 vehicles in one transaction for $3 per transaction.
Insurance and emissions are electronically submitted, so there is no paperwork required except the driver’s license, renewal notice or the tag number.
The kiosk accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The three kiosk locations in Cobb are at the Main Tag Office, 660 South Cobb Drive; the AAA office, 1197 Johnson Ferry Road, Suite 100 and now the South Cobb Government Service Center.
