New job for former DeKalb COO

Keith Barker, former DeKalb County Chief Operating Officer, has accepted the position of City Manager of Clarkston. Barker was chosen from approximately 35 applicants, according to a news release from the city. Barker was fired from DeKalb in late 2010 after it was discovered he had an improper relationship with a water department secretary.
