A DeKalb County grand jury has returned a revised indictment against former school Superintendent Crawford Lewis that apparently shifts more of the emphasis on his actions.
Lewis and three others were initially indicted two years ago on charges that they diverted money for school constructions to benefit themselves.
The superseding indictment returned today reflects much of the original charge.
