New exhibit hall coming to Cobb County’s Jim R. Miller Park

A new exhibit hall is coming to Jim R. Miller Park but with the demolition of two exhibit halls.

The Cobb County Board of Commissioners voted 5-0 Tuesday to pay tvsdesign $725,000 to provide design and construction administration.

A construction contract has not been awarded yet.

The park is at 2245 Callaway Road SW, Marietta.

Funding will come from the 2016 Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax.
