Andrea Sneiderman takes the stand to testify. . The state began presenting evidence Tuesday, Feb. 21, 201 in the trial of Hemy Neuman, charged in the November 2010 murder of Dunwoody businessman Rusty Sneiderman. Andrea Sneiderman, the victim's wife, is the first witness called.

During the Hemy Neuman trial, Andrea Sneiderman, widow of Rusty Sneiderman, was banned from the courtroom and courthouse after the judge ruled that she had made improper contact with witnesses and had made disruptive comments during court sessions.
