Graham McDonald, an attorney and president of the North Harbor Neighborhood Association, said Monday that he will run for Sandy Springs’ City Council District 3 seat. The announcement came one day after the incumbent, Chip Collins, said that he will not run for another term.

Graham is also vice chairman of the city’s Economic Development Advisory Committee, having been appointed by Mayor Eva Galambos.
