The National Black MBA Association, with a boost from Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, announced this week that the organization's 33rd annual convention will begin Oct. 4 in Atlanta at the Georgia World Congress Center.

With more than 12,000 people expected and 350 corporations attending, organizers say the event is the largest black business and professional conference in the country.
