NASCAR officials and a race car driver Dylan Smith plan to visit Stonewall Tell Elementary School in Fulton County at 6 p.m., August 29 to promote the race circuit's racing diversity program and Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) initiatives at the school. Activities include a diversity-program presentation, viewing an actual stock car, and conducting an interactive NASCAR Simulator Experience and a chance to meet driver Smith. NASCAR's RevRacing Diversity Program travels to a variety of cities throughout the year while partnering with schools to attract more blacks to car racing. Stonewall Tell Elementary School is the first school to be identified and selected to implement the program's mission.
