Monument signs will soon greet those entering the city of Brookhaven on Ashford Dunwoody Road, Johnson Ferry Road, Windsor Parkway, and Peachtree Road, according to a press release.

Constructed with stacked stone, the signs were approved and funded by the newly-formed Brookhaven Convention and Visitors Bureau.

The gateway signs include the City of Brookhaven seal, as well as interchangeable banners that can promote special events.

“We are proud of our City and want everyone to know when they are entering Brookhaven,” said City Manager Christian Sigman. “These gateway monument signs will also be extremely helpful in promoting special events, which help bring visitors and revenue into our area.”

The signs on Ashford Dunwoody, Johnson Ferry and Windsor should be complete in the next several weeks, while the Peachtree Road sign is pending Georgia Department of Transportation approval.
