A Moe's Southwest Grill in Duluth failed a routine health inspection after an official found traces of mold-like buildup inside the ice machine.
The location at 3455 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard near Kroger and LA Fitness received a failing score of 62, according to a Food Service Establishment Inspection Report released yesterday.
The report also states employees were not washing hands properly, food containers were not sanitized correctly and the plumbing system was not in good repair.
A representative at the location said all the violations were minor and "there we will be a reinspection within three days, and we will do well."
The location passed its last inspection in June.
